Jason's Notes: Our Rosé of Sangiovese is a testament to the vibrancy and charm of this varietal. With its naturally generous yields and large-clustered berries, Sangiovese thrives in our vineyard, though the local bees seem to love it just as much as we do. Rather than pushing for full ripeness, we’ve found that this grape shines in rosé form, preserving its fresh acidity and bright fruit while still offering a satisfying weight on the palate.

Impressions: This wine showcases a stunning salmon hue, inviting you in with vibrant aromas of ripe fruit. Bursting with lively acidity, this rosé offers a refreshing palate dominated by notes of hibiscus and ruby red grapefruit, balanced by a subtle hint of fresh, sweet basil.
